Fuel and energy supply
Marine, aviation and ground fuel, supplied against a stated specification
Fuel is the supply where a wrong decision cannot be undone. Once a cargo is in the tank, a grade that does not match the engine or the turbine has stopped being a commercial question and become an operational one.
We arrange marine, aviation and ground fuel against the specification the operator states, with sampling and testing settled before the delivery is accepted rather than after a fault appears.
What this covers, in full

- F-76, MGO and DMA
- Heavy fuel oil
- Lubricants and greases
Aviation fuels
- F-34 and JP-8
- F-44 and JP-5
- Jet A-1, including into-plane delivery
- AVGAS
Ground fuel and storage
- Road tanker distribution to forward locations
- Tank farm operation and management
Quality
- Sampling at the point of delivery
- Laboratory testing and review of quality certificates
- Retained samples held against dispute
Energy reporting
- Alternative fuel coordination
- Emissions reporting on the delivered quantity
How the work runs, in three steps
-
Fix the specification and the test regime
The grade, the test method and who witnesses the sampling are agreed in writing before nomination. Ambiguity at this point is what turns into a claim later.
-
Attend the transfer
Our representative is present at the delivery, draws the samples and checks the meter reading or tank dip against the delivery note.
-
Settle on the tested quantity
Invoicing follows what was measured and tested. Where a test fails, the retained sample decides the matter rather than the supplier's own certificate.
Across every area
What comes with the work, whatever the operation is
These are not a separate service line and they are not charged as one.
- One point of contact
- A named coordinator holds the file across ports, countries and service lines, and does not hand it on halfway through.
- Screening and counterparty checks
- Suppliers and subcontractors are checked against sanctions lists before use, and their ownership is rechecked when it changes.
- Anti-bribery applied outward
- The policy binds our suppliers as well as us. Where a payment is expected that we will not make, the client hears about it.
- Tenders and framework agreements
- Support to tender submissions, and management of the framework once it is in place, including its reporting obligations.
- Cost control and consolidated billing
- Costs broken down by port call, mission or deployment. One invoice, with every underlying document available behind it.
- Insurance and risk
- Insurance coordination including war risk, and risk assessment for personnel movements into difficult jurisdictions.

Ports, airfields, dates, volumes. Whatever is fixed so far is enough to start from.
